Regence Provider Networks
Regence plans offer either the The Individual & Family Network, or the lower cost Legacy LPN Network. (The OHSU network is discontinued.) The plan name will reflect which network it uses.
Individual & Family Network:
This is the largest network of contracted doctors. The contracted hospitals in the Portland area includes Legacy Emmanuel, Good Samaritan, Mt. Hood Medical, Meridian Park, OHSU, Adventist, to name a few in the Portland area. (Not Providence).
Legacy Network:
This smaller provider network is similar to the Individual and Family network but does not include Adventist or OHSU hospitals. Doctors may also vary by network.

PLEASE Enroll through the Marketplace
I only recommend my clients purchase coverage through the Marketplace, not direct with Regence. There are potential problems applying direct with Regence should your income change.

ENROLLING ON YOUR OWN
The Marketplace application asks "Is someone helping you complete this application?" Here I appreciate you saying yes, then adding my agent name, Dan Neils, and NPN 757811. This allows me to be compensated at no cost to you, and appoints as your broker should you need help during the year.
